For Referrers

Physiotherapy Specialists can assist with diagnosis, provide treatment for complex cases, and support physiotherapists by offering a recommended treatment plan.

Referrals can be submitted via HealthLink or through this form. For ACC-funded referrals, the request must specify “specialist physiotherapy” and must involve either complex cases or those not responding to treatment.

Referrers are welcome to attend the consultation with their patient's consent.

Telehealth appointments are also available.

ACC funding covers one initial consultation and up to four follow-up sessions.
